The 10 Commandments of PowerPoint

I dislike most PowerPoint presentations and David Pierce over at “The Web 2.0 Life” blog  has a post that sums up most of my reasons:

1. Thou Shalt Not Read Slides

2. Thou Shalt Not Use 15 Words Per Slide

3. Thou Shalt Not Only Use Text

4. Thou Shalt Not Bullet

5. Thou Shalt Not Say “I’m Going to Talk About”

6. Thou Shalt Not Over-Clutter

7. Thou Shalt Not Over-Use Transitions

8. Thou Shalt Not Script Anything

9. Thou Shalt Know Less is More

10. Thou Shalt Rehearse
